Privacy Policy

Welcome again to the world of CINARRIE TECH, LLC. Our address is 1991 Crocker Rd Ste 600A, Westlake, OH 44145 US, and our carrier pigeon email is [email protected].

Every great adventure requires a logbook to record the moments of the journey. This Your Adventure Logbook (the "Policy") will transparently show you how we record and use your adventure information to ensure your journey is smoother, safer, and full of surprises. We consider your trust our most precious treasure and promise to guard your personal information as fiercely as a dragon guards its hoard.

This Policy is an important part of our Community Pact. When you step into our world by using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to how we record and use your "adventure logbook" as described in this Policy.

Chapter 1: What's in the Logbook? (Information We Collect)

To make your adventure experience unique, we need to record some basic information. This information falls into three main categories:

Information You Register by Hand at the Guild Hall:
Identity Credentials (Account Information): When you create your "adventurer's passport," we record your nickname, password, and any contact information you choose to provide, such as an email address.
Help Scrolls (Communications with Us): When you contact our "Adventurers' Guild" (customer support team) via email or other channels, we keep a record of your correspondence to better assist you with your quests.

Information Automatically Reported by Your Magical Map and Compass:
Your Gear Information (Device Information): We automatically record information about the device you use for your adventure, such as the device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers. This helps us optimize the world to ensure it runs smoothly on your gear.
Your Adventure Footprints (Usage Data): We record your actions within the world, such as which places you visit, which levels you challenge, which achievements you unlock, and your interactions with other adventurers. This helps us understand which adventures are most popular and create more fun content.
Your Approximate Coordinates (Location Information): We may infer your general geographic location (like country or city) from your IP address. This helps us display relevant content for your region and ensure the security of our Services.

Information We Receive from Allied Caravans:
Information from the Keepers of Coin (Payment Information): When you decide to stock up on "supplies" for your expedition, our third-party payment partners handle your transaction. They do not share detailed financial information with us (like your full card number) but will inform us if the transaction was successful.
Information from Other Guilds (Third-Party Platform Information): If you choose to log into our world using an account from a third-party social platform (like Facebook or Google), you authorize us to access your basic public information from that platform, such as your nickname and profile picture.

Chapter 2: Why Do We Need This Logbook? (How We Use Your Information)

We record your adventure logbook for one central purpose: to create a better adventure world for you. Specifically, we use this information to:

Keep the World Running: To create and manage your account, provide the games and services you request, and ensure you can explore without interruption.

Optimize and Improve the World: To analyze adventurers' behaviors and preferences, fix bugs in the world, develop new features and adventure content, and keep the world forever fresh.

Guard the World's Safety: To protect your account and the accounts of other adventurers, detect and prevent cheating, fraud, and other violations of our Community Pact, and maintain a fair and just adventure environment.

Stay in Touch with You: To respond to your help scrolls, send you important notices about the world (like maintenance announcements or term updates), and, with your consent, send you invitations to new adventures or events you might be interested in.

Process Transactions: To verify and process your in-game purchase requests.

Chapter 3: Who Do We Share Your Logbook With? (Information Sharing and Disclosure)

We promise we will never sell your "adventure logbook" to anyone. However, to keep the world running smoothly, we sometimes need to share some information with trusted allies. These allies include:

World Builders and Maintainers (Service Providers): Partners who provide us with services like server hosting, data analytics, and customer support. They can only access and use your information under our direction and are obligated to protect its security.

Keepers of Coin (Payment Processors): They need your information to securely process your payment requests.

Guardians of Law and Order (Legal Requirements): We may need to disclose your information to law enforcement or courts if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, as well as yours and others'.

New World Stewards (Business Transfers): If our company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of those assets to the new stewards. We will notify you before any transfer occurs.

We will never share more information with our allies than is necessary.

Chapter 4: How We Guard This Logbook (Data Security)

Your "adventure logbook" is stored in a "vault" protected by multiple layers of magical wards. We use industry-standard technical and administrative measures, such as data encryption and access controls, to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

However, please remember that no "vault" is absolutely impenetrable. While we do our utmost, we cannot guarantee 100% security for your information. Guarding your own "treasure chest key" (your account password) is also a crucial part of this effort.

Chapter 5: Your Control Over the Logbook (Your Rights)

You are the master of your own adventure logbook. Depending on the laws in your region, you have the following rights:

The Right to Read Your Logbook (Access): You can request to review the information we have recorded about you at any time.

The Right to Correct a Faulty Record (Rectification): If you find an error in your logbook, you can request that we correct it.

The Right to Erase a Record (Deletion): In certain circumstances, you can request that we delete your personal information.

The Right to Refuse Carrier Pigeons (Opt-Out): You can choose to stop receiving promotional emails from us at any time by simply clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Chapter 6: A Note for Young Explorers (Children's Privacy)

Our world is primarily intended for adventurers who are at least 13 years old (or another minimum age as required by the law in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age.

If a parent or guardian discovers that their child has provided us with personal information without their permission, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will promptly remove it from our "logbook library."

Chapter 7: Logbook Retention and International Travel

Retention Period: We will only keep your adventure logbook for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and as permitted by law. When you choose to end your adventure by deleting your account, we will delete or anonymize your information as required.

International Travel: We are a global adventure company, and your information may be stored and processed on servers in any country where we or our service providers operate, including the United States. This means your information may be transferred outside of your home country. We will apply the same high standards of protection wherever your information is located.

Chapter 8: Updates to the Logbook Rules

As our world continues to evolve, the rules of this "Adventure Logbook" may also be updated. If we make significant changes, we will let you know through a website announcement, email, or an in-game notice. Please check back periodically to ensure you are aware of the latest rules.

Chapter 9: Contacting the Guild Masters
